WHAT EXPECTS YOU

Are you passionate about administrative tasks and are you looking for a position where you will have the chance to touch several facets of the field?

Your main function will be to support and manage all files relating to administrative management in order to support growth.

  • Good knowledge of accounts payable / accounts receivable / Bank account reconciliation;
  • Administrative tasks and acts as support for project managers.
  • Documentation concernant les soumissions d’appels d’offres publics
  • 70% of responsibilities will be administrative tasks.
  • Order and organize materials as needed;
  • Classify and label files
  • Other related administrative tasks.

Profile

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Knowledge of Accomba and Quickbooks software
  • 1 to 7 months of experience
  • Effective interpersonal relationships
  • Flexibility, analytical skills and speed of task execution
  • Sense of organization
  • Ability to communicate in French
  • High school diploma or equivalent
